We are here for you.

Hello Folks,

I wanted to send out a quick note to everyone. The market movements we have been experiencing have been historical in nature. We are here for you.

Our office is spacious enough for Patty, Michelle, and I to maintain recommended “social distancing” levels. As those of you that have reached out to us lately are aware, we are here and are actively working to navigate these uncharted waters that the financial markets have become.

I have been shooting videos and releasing them on Facebook, and taking them through our compliance department to be approved for posting on our website. If you have a particular subject you would like for me to address in these videos, please let us know, and we will try to shed light on that subject. If you have a question, there are probably many more folks that share it and I’d like to talk about it.

One thing I would like to reiterate is that the financial markets are healthy, and reacting to news appropriately. The market declines are directly attributable to the anticipated drop in company earnings, given the slowing/stopping of economic activity that has been mandated by many government agencies.

Once the virus becomes better-understood, I believe that we will begin to see a brighter future on the horizon, and we will return to better economic times. In the meantime, please remember how we started our relationships, talking about the future, and recognizing that there would be tough times, in addition to prosperous times. We have had to plan for both, because we are Stewards of assets, and we would like to maximize those assets to outlive us, to benefit future generations.

We are actively gathering cash to put to work once we find a suitable entry point. At some point in the future, we will all look back and marvel at this opportunity, and counting our blessings that we survived these tough times, and revel in our strength.

If you need us, call us. We will answer and share our perspectives on where we are, and where we think we are headed.

We do not expect you to visit our office unless you need to see our faces, although we are missing you all.

We have a business continuity plan in place should it become necessary to implement. We have off-site resources, and can handle any of your needs with our computers and telephones.

In the meantime, please pay attention to your health and that of your loved ones. We want to see you all after this virus is either beaten, or we learn to live with it productively, and we will continue to move forward together.

May God bless and keep you all in His good graces.

Sincerely,

Darryl G. Barnes, President
